New York Times Eyes Internet Veterans for Board

New York Times: The New York Times Co. has announced two new nominees for its board, Dara Khosrowshahi, CEO of Expedia, and Rebecca Van Dyck, a Facebook exec. The two will formally stand for election at the annual meeting of stockholders on May 6.
