Amazon Hires Former Obama Spokesman Jay Carney

Politico:  Former White House press secretary Jay Carney is said to be joining Amazon as SVP for worldwide corporate affairs. The new position will bring the e-commerce giant’s public relations and public policy shops into one department. Carney will give up his post-White House perch as a senior political analyst on CNN to focus full time on Amazon.
