Bloomberg: Harold “Terry” McGraw III is stepping down as chairman of the board of the company his great-grandfather founded in 1888 after working for the parent of Standard & Poor’s for more than 30 years. McGraw, 66, informed the board that he won’t seek re-election as a director at the annual meeting in April. The board intends to nominate Ed Haldeman, former CEO of Freddie Mac, to replace him.
