New York Post: Viacom and CBS are not getting back together. “We have no intention of buying CBS or buying any other big corporations out there,” Viacom CEO Philippe Dauman has told investors. He appeared to be countering the popular belief on Wall Street that the two media companies should get re-hitched. Dauman also denied a report that Viacom’ s Paramount unit has had discussions about bringing on board a Chinese investor: “There are no conversations about selling Paramount.”
