Irish Times: The third wave of the Internet will bring disruption of food, health and education sectors, along with increased government partnerships and crowd funded capital investment, according to AOL cofounder Steve Case. Speaking at the SXSW event, Case said that the Internet is currently on the cusp of its third wave of disruption where a more seamless integration of the internet into daily life will be realized.
