Crain’s Chicago Business: Tribune Media has chosen a partner to redevelop a seven-acre riverside site at 700 West Chicago Avenue, where the venture plans a large development likely to include a mix of residential, office and retail space. A 115,000-square-foot building, which Tribune no longer uses, stands on the site. The redevelopment is part of Tribune Media CEO Peter Liguori’s oft-stated goal to generate more revenue from the company’s extensive real estate holdings.
