L.A. Biz: AOL is premiering its first long-form series, the Morgan Spurlock-produced “Connected.” The show was adapted from an award-winning Israeli docudrama series from Koda Communications and is set in New York City. “Connected” weaves together the stories of six New Yorkers in a format that merges the documentary, drama and reality genres. The show gave each of the six featured people a camcorder to document their lives over six months.
