Daily News: A CBS celebrity reporter has sued two of his bosses, saying they groped him during boozy encounters that weren’t taken seriously by the broadcast network. Ken Lombardi charges in court documents that at a December 2013 CBS News holiday party, Duane Tollison, a senior producer, grabbed his crotch and kissed his neck. During a separate encounter this past May, Lombardi claims that former “CBS Evening News” director Albert (Chip) Colley rubbed his leg and kissed him.
