Houston Chronicle: Attorneys representing the bankrupt remains of Comcast SportsNet Houston have filed a lawsuit against Comcast and several corporate officers, potentially seeking hundreds of millions of dollars to recoup the Astros’ and Rockets’ lost investment in the largest regional sports network collapse in history. While no dollar amounts are listed in the suit, damage claims could easily run into nine figures, including $550 million for the teams’ network equity lost from 2010, when CSN Houston was valued at $700 million, and 2014, when it was sold to DirecTV Sports Networks and AT&T Teleholdings for $1,000.
