Meredith last year entered a 10-year licensing deal with Martha Stewart Living and Martha Stewart Weddings to oversee distribution and ad sales of the magazines, while Stewart keeps editorial control. A spy said Stewart looked “fabulous” at dinner, in a “sexy pantsuit,” and was “drinking red wine and eating oysters.”
