New York Post: Gawker boss Nick Denton was sitting in the Gramercy Cafe in Manhattan when he got news that the possible death threat to his company — the explosive $100 million invasion-of-privacy lawsuit filed by Hulk Hogan — had been postponed. But storm clouds are still gathering around his 13-year-old digital media company as costs zoom. Regarding the lawsuit, “It’s hard to know exactly what will happen,” said Denton before the suit was delayed in Florida state court, filed in the state where Hogan lives. “Obviously, he has a home-court advantage in the first round.”
