Billboard: CBS Radio has announced a restructuring of its management team following last week’s round of layoffs. As part of the shakeup, EVP of operations and New York market manager Scott Herman has been promoted to chief operating officer, effective immediately. In his new role, Herman will lead local operations across the company’s 117 major market stations. “Scott has a tremendous reputation in the industry, and is a distinguished representative for radio.”
