New York Times: MSNBC is getting a long-awaited shake-up to its daytime lineup. The cable news network’s president, Phil Griffin, told staff members that three shows in its afternoon schedule, “The Cycle,” “Now With Alex Wagner” and “The Ed Show,” would all be canceled. “The Ed Show” host, Ed Schultz, along with “The Cycle” hosts Krystal Ball, Abby Huntsman and Touré, will all be leaving the network. Wagner will stay with the network, as will another “Cycle” host, Ari Melber, who will remain MSNBC’s chief legal correspondent.
