WWD: The New York Times has named Arthur Gregg Sulzberger associate editor. Known as A.G. Sulzberger, the 34-year-old associate editor is the son of publisher and chairman Arthur Sulzberger Jr., whose family has led the paper since 1896. In a memo to staff, executive editor Dean Baquet said: “For a year now, the newsroom strategy team has worked closely with the masthead to draw the road map for our digital transformation. The team of Tyson Evans and Jon Galinsky, led by Arthur Gregg Sulzberger, has played a role in nearly every digital project we have undertaken.”
