TheWrap: The Huffington Post named former AOL and Spotify exec Jared Grusd its new CEO, Arianna Huffington announced. Grusd was part of the acquisition talks when AOL bought Huffington Post. He spent the last four years at Spotify as global head of corporate development and general counsel. Grusd replaces Jimmy Maymann, who on Wednesday was promoted to running AOL’s consumer brands.
