USA Today: Influential Twitter shareholder Chris Sacca is backing co-founder and chairman Jack Dorsey as Twitter’s next CEO. Sacca proposed a new leadership slate for Twitter. He wants Twitter’s head of global revenue and partnerships, Adam Bain, to be promoted to president and chief operating officer, and co-founder Evan Williams to replace Dorsey as executive chairman. Sacca made his opinions known in a series of tweets. “Naming @jack, @adambain, and @ev will immediately improve employee morale, shore up investor confidence, and move Twitter’s product forward.”
