Daily News: Rupert Murdoch has put his new West Village mansion on the market for $28.9 million just five months after he purchased it. The West 11th Street townhouse is the second private home purchase that the media chieftain has backtracked on in recent months. He had reportedly planned to live at One Madison, the glassy tower on the south side of Madison Square Park where he bought a $57.25 million quadraplex last year, but changed his mind and went for the downtown townhouse, instead. The One Madison apartment is now on the market for $72 million.
