USA Today: “The View” is reaching back to its glory days, bringing back Joy Behar as a co-host, as it tries to move forward after a difficult year. Behar, “Full House” star Candace Cameron Bure and “Good Morning America Weekend” co-anchor Paula Faris will join ABC’s weekday chatfest when it returns Sept. 8 for its 19th season. The appointments of Cameron Bure, a star of Netflix’s upcoming “Fuller House,” and Faris had long been rumored.
