Glamour: Conde Nast’s Glamour has introduced the Lipstick Index for online beauty fans. Lipstick.com’s new tool lets you follow the ups and downs of beauty-trend rankings in real time. Glamour will be listening to every conversation happening about beauty on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and a whole host of websites to find out just how popular certain trends really are, and then we’re plotting them on an easy-to-understand grid. The grid updates every hour, so you might visit at 6 p.m. and see that gray eyeshadow is the top makeup trend and then come back at 7 p.m. and see that it has been overtaken by bronze eyeshadow.
