CNBC: Twitter did not ask Ross Levinsohn to become the company’s new CEO, the former interim chief exec of Yahoo said during an appearance on CNBC. Levinsohn added that he doesn’t want the job. “They have great people there. I’m a big fan of Adam Bain. We worked together for seven years at News Corp. I think he’d make a great CEO.” Levinsohn said that he “loves” Twitter, but the product “needs to evolve.” Also: “Uncertainty is the thing that kills your company.”
