Conde Nast: Bob Sauerberg to Become CEO in January

Wall Street Journal: Bob Sauerberg has been named CEO of  magazine powerhouse Conde Nast, capping more than a year of management restructuring at the company. The move is effective in January. Sauerberg, currently president, succeeds Charles Townsend, who will serve as chairman. S. I. Newhouse Jr., the current chairman and Newhouse family member most responsible for Conde Nast’s portfolio of famed magazines, will become chairman emeritus.
