Crain’s Chicago Business: Six Cook County residents are suing the city of Chicago over its decision to tax streaming services such as Netflix, Spotify, Xbox Live, Hulu and Amazon Prime. The lawsuit was brought by the Liberty Justice Center, a small, Chicago-based law firm affiliated with the Illinois Policy Institute, a conservative public-policy group.
