WWD: InStyle is getting into the awards business. The Time Inc.-owned glossy will present its inaugural InStyle Awards, which honor celebrities and artists whose “style defines the red carpet and the image makers behind the scenes.” The magazine has created a new annual list, “Hollywood’s 50 Best Dressed,” to honor the “symbiotic” relationship between the runway and the red carpet. It will accompany a 14-page list feature in the magazine’s November issue, which will also appear on InStyle.com on Oct. 16.
