TheStreet: Pandora is proving to be quite resilient. Shares of the customized-radio company were spiking Monday on a decision by the U.S. Copyright Office that is expected to favor a payment regimen supported by the music streaming service over those of musician associations. Pandora shares have been on a roller coaster ride for much of the past year amid speculation that the U.S. Copyright Royalty Board would rule in favor of music publishers and songwriters over the streaming service.
