Wall Street Journal: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has turned what might have been a quick cameo at a United Nations summit this week into a high-profile U.S. tour. Modi will attend an event with media executives this week hosted by Rupert Murdoch and James Murdoch. On Saturday, he begins a weekend visit to Silicon Valley, where the prime minister will take part in a town hall-style session with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. He will also tour the offices of Google.
