Wall Street Journal: 21st Century Fox reported that the total compensation for executive co-chairman Rupert Murdoch and CEO James Murdoch declined in the fiscal year ended in June, because of a decline in stock awards and non-equity incentive compensation. Total pay for the elder Murdoch, who handed the CEO reins of the company to his son in June, was $27.89 million, down from $29.25 million a year earlier. For the younger Murdoch, who was co-COO until June, total pay fell 19% to $15.05 million.
