minonline: Less than a year old, Rodale’s Organic Life has announced its first signature event. The two-day Farm2Fork Festival will be held in Williamsburg, Brooklyn – the “epicenter of the farm-to-table movement,” said editor-in-chief James Oseland. Brooklyn has become the hub for embracing local and sustainable ingredients, with chefs and restaurants leading the organic way. Consumers will spend the Oct. 24 weekend living and breathing all of the aspects of healthy living that Organic Life is built on.
