New York Times: The nearly 3,000 women and men who work at Conde Nast’s 16 print magazines and 20 websites at 1 World Trade Center are adapting to the neighborhood quite nicely, and the neighborhood is adapting to them. Conde and the new office towner got off to a rocky start. First, there was an invasion of rats at Vogue. Then there were grumblings about the new cafeteria and the disappointing sushi. But Conde is faring better than Time Inc., which has recently begun its move to a nearby building at 225 Liberty Street. In the new headquarters, Time Inc. writers and editors will have to make do with cubicles.
