Los Angeles Times: Lydia Hearst has bought a gated estate in Los Feliz for $11 million, putting it among the priciest home sales ever for the community. Known as both the Victor Rossetti Residence and Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 915, the Italianate-style home was designed in 1928 by architect Paul Williams. Set on close to a half-acre, the 8,240-square-foot, three-story residence includes eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Hearst, 31, is the great granddaughter of William Randolph Hearst.
