Slate Names Former BuzzFeed Exec as President

minonline: The Slate Group has named Keith Hernandez the new president of Slate. He joins the brand from BuzzFeed where he had been vice president of brand strategy. His appointment is effective on Nov. 2. Before BuzzFeed, Hernandez held sales and leadership positions at leading digital brands including Blip Networks, Vevo, Microsoft and The Onion.
