TiVo CEO to Step Down Amid Shift in Viewing Habits

CNET: TiVo CEO Tom Rogers plans to step down in early 2016 from the position he has held for 10 years, as consumers’ tastes in how they watch TV changes. Rogers will relinquish his role as chief executive on Jan. 31, 2016, the end of TiVo’s fiscal year. Rogers will stay on with the company as non-executive chairman of the board.
