Oprah Winfrey Sells Condo in Chicago for $4.6 Million

Chicago Tribune: Oprah Winfrey has severed most of her real estate ties to Chicago, recently unloading her 9,625-square-foot condo in Water Tower Place at 180 East Pearson for $4.625 million. The media mogul and onetime talk-show queen now spends more of her time at her estates in Montecito, Calif., and in Hawaii. Winfrey, who first listed the unit in January 2014 for $7.75 million, had taken it off the market in August 2014 and never relisted it publicly.
