Oprah Winfrey Nears Eight-Figure Deal for Memoir

Deadline: One of the biggest autobiography deals in recent memory is nearing its conclusion. Oprah Winfrey is headed toward an eight-figure payday to write her remarkable life story. Flatiron Books,  a division of Macmillan, is  said to be the front-runner. WME is handling the auction for Winfrey.
