Maxim Magazine: Lawyer Found Guilty in Fraud Case

New York Post: Former Bryan Cave lawyer Harvey Newkirk was found guilty on Monday of taking part in $8 million fraud tied to the failed acquisition of Maxim magazine. But the Manhattan federal court jury, after a third day of deliberations, found the disgraced lawyer not guilty of two other charges — conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
