ESPN’s ‘Undefeated’ Sports-Race Website to Go Live

NPR: ESPN spent much of last year trying to get a new website up and running to focus on the intersection of race and sports called The Undefeated. It was supposed to have been led by provocative sportswriter Jason Whitlock, but he was removed. Now the site has a new leader, Kevin Merida, a former managing editor of the Washington Post. It’s back on track for a 2016 launch.
