MarketWatch: “The Martian,” “The Revenant” and “Brooklyn” helped the film arm of 21st Century Fox collect 26 Oscar nominations — more than any other studio. Fox’s “The Revenant” led all other films, racking up 12 nominations, including best actor for Leonardo DiCaprio; best picture; and a directing nod for Alejandro Iñárritu. “The Martian” picked up nominations for best picture and Matt Damon for best actor among its seven total nominations.
