DSLReports: Time Warner has joined Dish Networks in claiming that Charter’s proposed acquisition of Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks would have a dramatic, negative impact on Internet video services. In a new filing with U.S. regulators, Time Warner expressed worry that despite Charter’s promises to play nice with neutrality and avoid usage caps for three years should the merger be approved, the cable firm won’t be able to help itself long term when it comes to harming competition.
