Wall Street Journal: Sunday’s AFC Championship game, which featured the 17th duel between the New England Patriots gunslinger Tom Brady and Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, drew 53.3 million viewers for CBS. The showdown, which went down to the final seconds, was the second most-watched AFC Championship game in 39 years, trailing only the 54.9 million that tuned in for the 2011 contest between the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Jets.
