Slashdot ‘News for Nerds’ Website Sells to Publisher

Slashdot: DHI Group Inc., perhaps better known as Dice, announced that it has completed the sale of its Slashdot and SourceForge websites to web publisher BIZX. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. DHI first announced its plan to sell Slashdot in July 2015 as part of its strategy to focus on its core brands. KeyBanc Capital Markets served as the company’s financial advisor for the transaction.
