TheWrap: HBO is changing up the top ranks of its development department. Michael Ellenberg, HBO’s EVP of drama development, is departing the company. The network has promoted Casey Bloys to the role of president, late night and specials. Ellenberg has agreed to a production deal with the network, which he joined in 2011.
