CNBC: Google parent Alphabet was set to pass Apple as the most valuable company in the world on Tuesday. At Monday’s after-hours levels, Alphabet’s market cap would roughly be $570 billion, eclipsing Apple’s current market cap of about $535 billion. The last time Google was more valuable than Apple was in February 2010, when both companies were worth less than $200 billion.
