Thomson Reuters Moves to Sell IP, Science Business

MarketWatch: Thomson Reuters said it is moving to sell its intellectual property and science business, as part of the news and information service provider’s bid to stabilize its core businesses. CEO Smith said the IP and science business “contains growing and profitable businesses which operate in attractive markets,” and that the move to sell it allows the company to sharpen its focus.
