Tribune Former CEO to Nab $2.1 Million Severance Pay

New York Post: Two media execs pushed from their jobs this week had their landings softened by some highly buffed golden parachutes. Ex-Tribune CEO Jack Griffin will walk away with about $2.1 million, including $2 million in cash spread out over the next 12 months, according to a regulatory filing. That’s twice his annual salary. Elisabeth DeMarse, the ex-CEO of TheStreet, will be getting $1,104,000, a regulatory filing revealed.
