New York Post: Two major publishing companies are facing class action lawsuits in Michigan over the right to sell subscribers’ names to outside data firms. Time Inc., the publisher of People, Time and Sports Illustrated, and Mansueto Ventures, the publisher of Fast Company and Inc., broke state privacy laws, it is alleged in the suits.
