TheStreet: Viacom shareholders may send a message of no confidence over compensation issues when the company holds its annual meeting in Miami on Monday. Two shareholder advisory groups have urged investors to withhold votes from Viacom’s compensation committee members for their role in increasing CEO Philippe Dauman’s salary by 22 percent in a year that the company’s shares fell by 44 percent.
