Al Jazeera Kicks Off World Media Summit in Doha

Xinhua: Over 350 delegates of media outlets from 100 countries gathered in the Qatari capital of Doha on Sunday for the World Media Summit 2016. The two-day event is hosted by Qatar-based Al Jazeera under the theme of “The Future of News and News Organizations.” Participants include leaders from CNN, Reuters, the Associated Press, Al Jazeera,  Xinhua News Agency, TASS Russian News Agency, Kyodo News, MIH Grouo, and the Hindu Group.
