News UK Tabloid Faces Ban of Celeb Threesome Story

Press Gazette: The Sun on Sunday has been banned from revealing that a “well-known person” in the entertainment industry had a sexual threesome with another individual and their partner. The Court of Appeal overturned an initial refusal to grant an interim injunction to block publication of a story about the celebrity’s affair. Kiss-and-tell stories “about a public figure which do no more than satisfy readers’ curiosity concerning private life do not serve the public interest.”
