San Francisco Chronicle: Meredith will assume publication of GFF: Gluten-Free Forever magazine. The new partnership will bump distribution to 250,000 copies from its current 12,000 per issue, and see the San Francisco-based title distributed nationwide. The move is the latest boon in the booming gluten-free food movement. GFF features gluten-free recipes from top chefs and cookbook authors, plus products, people and places with a similar gluten-free focus.
