Hulu Streaming Service Becomes Channel on Cablevision

Advertising Age: Hulu is becoming a channel on Cablevision. The cable operator will make Hulu available on its Optimum TV programming guide on all current-generation set-top boxes. This makes Cablevision the first cable operator provider to give Hulu a dedicated channel. This essentially makes Hulu similar to other pay-TV channels like HBO and Showtime.
