CNN’s Jeff Zucker Said to Eye Bid for Mayor of New York

New York Post: What could possibly persuade Jeff Zucker to exit his current job as boss of CNN Worldwide? A bid for New York mayor, perhaps? A tipster has suggested that Zucker has been reaching out to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s advisers to see if it might be feasible. Zucker would certainly be an interesting candidate, with plenty of media savvy. However, the CNN boss hopped on the phone to scuttle the rumors in a New York minute: “It is 10 times 100 percent not true.”
